The Seventh Tee HOA annual meeting will be held on Saturday, November 23rd, from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. in the conference room of ERA Shields at 130 E. Cheyenne Mountain Blvd. HOA members will receive via email a notice with a proxy form, to be completed and returned if you are unable to attend this meeting. The agenda includes consideration of our 2025 budget, the election of HOA officers, and other issues that members wish to discuss.
